Dream Study Recommended Reading List A,B,C
The following list comprises a list of books that I and my students have found especially helpful. They range from easy to read to high density but all offer valuable and insightful guidance. Some focus on methodology and others are more theoretical either from a psychology or spiritual viewpoint.
I just want to be clear that I have no particular relationship to any of the authors nor are any of them aware that I have mentioned their work here. This list was compiled strictly for YOUR benefit. There are hundreds of books in print on dreamwork so I know how challenging it is to choose ones that are credible and worthy of your limited time and resources!
Always check with your local public library before purchasing any of the works suggested here. A wise practice to try before you buy. My three favourite authors (if I were pushed to choose) would be Gayle Delaney, Clarissa Pinkola Estes and Marion Woodman. I’ve mentioned only a couple of their works below but once you’ve read them I’m confident you’ll be reaching for more!
